1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who I am
This site is run by Chuska Marketing LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company owned and operated by me, Sincere Antonio.
3. What this site is for
This site explains my services. Booking a call, sending a message, or requesting a free audit doesn't make you a client. Client work happens under a separate written agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
4. Results
Advertising results depend on your offer, your market, your budget, the ad platforms, and many other things outside my control. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of leads, bookings, sales, or return on ad spend.
5. Payment, term, and cancellation
Pricing, contract length, and cancellation are set in your written client agreement, not on this site.
6. Ad accounts and platform rules
You own your ad accounts, business pages, and customer data. Every campaign has to follow the rules of the platform it runs on, including Meta's advertising policies. Platforms can reject ads or restrict accounts on their own, and that's outside my control. You're responsible for making sure what your ads say about your business is true.
7. Free audits
A free audit is my honest read based on the information available at the time. It's a set of recommendations, not a guarantee, and what you act on is your call.
8. Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, you may get messages about your appointment or inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. See the Privacy Policy for how your number is handled.
9. Intellectual property
The writing, photos, design, and logo on this site belong to Chuska Marketing LLC unless noted otherwise. Please don't copy them for commercial use without my permission.
10. Third-party tools
The booking calendar and forms are run by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), and the site is hosted by Vercel. Their own terms apply to their services.
11. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to send spam, submit false information, or try to disrupt or break into it.
12. No warranty
This site is provided “as is.” I work to keep it accurate and running, but I can't promise it will always be error-free or available.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Chuska Marketing LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages that come from using this site.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
15. Changes
If I change these terms, I'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
