Why I'm Here
Every economy runs on three things: production, distribution, consumption. The Navajo Nation's location makes production limited. Distribution is where it really breaks - there aren't enough local businesses to buy materials from. So consumption happens off the reservation too. The result: unemployment at 39.3%, not because people aren't trying, but maybe because the cycle is broken.
That's not something ads can fix. Fixing it takes real investment - buildings, supply chains, businesses that don't exist yet.
What Chuska actually does is simple: help local trades and contractors get busier. More booked work means more room to grow - hire more crew, add new services, or take jobs beyond the reservation once there's more demand here than one business can handle. That's the real, honest scope of what one marketing agency can do: not fix the whole economy, just help real local businesses reach the point where they have real options.
How I Operate
At Chuska, unlike marketing agencies where a team splits the workload for your needs and risks miscommunication or misalignment, my business is handled directly, one on one. When you call Chuska, you're talking to the person who built your strategy and is watching your numbers - every time.
Chuska checks in daily, not once a month. And what gets reported is what actually matters - cost per result, CTR, ROAS - not impressions and clicks dressed up to look like progress.
Chuska runs lean by design - modern tools, sharper process, no bloated overhead. That means more creative tested, faster turnaround, and decisions made quickly, without the layers a bigger agency carries. You get the output of a full team without paying for one.
Right now, that's one person who genuinely cares whether your business grows. Chuska works one on one.
The Founder
I am Sincere. I run Chuska.
Chuska was built from my personal and professional experience. Since learning from a young age, spiritually, I've understood that a leader gives back to the community. From humble beginnings as a laborer in construction, to my evolution to become a responsible project manager, I've been blessed to learn profound skill sets. Now through Creator, I discern it to be my duty to harness the abilities I've gained to help Navajo Nation businesses.
My career started with me being a laborer who took the opportunity to execute GPS surveying. A promotion opportunity led me to understand and manage field and office operations. Middle management for two construction companies was what really opened my eyes and added to my skill areas: administration, accounting, safety, operations, proposals, customers, HR, equipment, personnel. I've built SOPs for the office and field ops. I've built accounts and the proper pipelines. I wrote proposals and acquired over $500,000 for water infrastructure development for a Navajo Nation water organization. I helped manage large-scale environmental remediation operations. I learned that middle management is pivotal and the performer of a company's growth. I learned data analytics because I understood that data efficiency eliminates slow or inaccurate data-processing bottlenecks. Now marketing, because I kept seeing the same problem everywhere I worked: most businesses aren't bad at what they do, they just don't have the right strategies to grow. Chuska is the next thing I build - to eliminate job generating bottlenecks.
