1. Who I am

Chuska Marketing LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company run by me, Sincere Antonio. I run paid advertising for service businesses on and around the Navajo Nation. In this policy, “I,” “me,” and “my” mean Chuska Marketing LLC.

2. What I collect

What you give me. When you book a call, send me a message, request a free audit, or ask me to email you your Price Finder plan, I collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, business name, website, your answers, and anything you write to me.

What's collected automatically. My hosting provider records basic technical information (IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time) to deliver and secure the site.

If you become a client. I'll access your ad accounts, business pages, and campaign data as needed to do the work we agree on.

3. Why I collect it

To answer your message, schedule and confirm calls, send appointment reminders, prepare your audit, email you the plan you built, deliver the work you hire me for, keep this site running and secure, and meet legal requirements.

4. Who I share it with

Only the service providers that run parts of my business, and only what they need to do their job:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which runs my booking calendar, forms, and messaging.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• My email provider, for replying to you.

I'll also share information if the law requires it.

5. I don't sell your information

I don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

6. Text messages

If you give me your phone number and agree to receive texts, I may text you about your appointment or inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Cookies

The booking calendar and forms may set cookies they need to work. This site does not use cookies for advertising.

The Price Finder saves the plan you build in your own browser, so it's still there if you leave and come back. It stays on your device and isn't sent to me unless you ask me to email it to you. You can erase it anytime with "Clear plan" or by clearing your browser data.

8. How long I keep it

As long as I need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires. If you reached out and we never worked together, I'll delete your information whenever you ask.

9. Your choices

Email me to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of emails by replying or using the unsubscribe link.

10. Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or system is completely secure.

11. Children

This site isn't meant for anyone under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
